摘要
当代大学生是伴随着互联网成长的"网络原住民",知网懂网程度高,但科学用网能力相对欠缺.以信息技术和数字化通信技术为代表的新一轮科技革命给传统传播格局带来了深刻影响和冲击,也对青年一代的价值观念、思维方式、行为方式等带来了深刻影响."得网络者得天下"已成为共识,进一步加强大学生网络素养教育,重点提升大学生的科学用网能力,对于建设网络强国具有重要意义.高校应积极构建大学生网络素养生态体系、课程体系和实践体系,以提升大学生的用网能力为核心,促进大学生网络素养全面提升.
Abstract
Contemporary college students are"internet natives"who are born and grow up with the internet.They have a high degree of"knowing the internet",but their ability to"use the internet scientifically"is still relatively lacking.The new round of technological revolution represented by information technology and digital communication technology have brought profound impacts and shocks to the traditional communication pattern.It also has a profound impact on the values,ways of thinking,and behaviors of the teenagers."Those who have access to the internet have access to the world"has become a consensus.Further strengthening the education of college students'network literacy,focusing on improving their scientific use of the internet,is of great significance for building a network powerful nation.Universities should actively construct an ecological system,curriculum system,and practical system for college students'network literacy,with the core of enhancing their ability to use the internet and promoting the comprehensive improvement of their network literacy.
