职业本科:岗位调整与人才培养定位辨析——以道路与桥梁工程专业为例

职业本科教育进入实践性发展阶段,找准人才培养定位是推动职业本科教育高质量发展的关键。伴随信息技术的赋能,路桥行业朝着智能"建管养"方向发展,行业产业的大变革,带来了职业岗位的调整。为适应行业转型升级,企业急需高层次技术技能人才,但高端技术人才培养面临"提质升级困境""服务产业困境""人才发展困境",现有高职专科和普通本科教育难破人才培养现实困境。通过辨析三种教育的差异,找准了道路与桥梁工程专业职业本科人才培养的定位,有利于推动职业本科教育高质量发展。
Higher Vocational Education of Undergraduate Level:Adjustment of Vocational Positions and Analysis of Talent Training Positioning:Taking the Speciality of Road and Bridge Engineering as an Example
Higher vocational education of undergraduate level has entered a stage of practical development,and the key to promote the high-quality development for higher vocational education of undergraduate level is to find talent training positioning.With the empowerment of information technology,the road and bridge industry is developing in the direction of intelligent"construction,management and maintenance",because of the major changes in the industry,which brings the adjustment of vocational positions.In order to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the industry,enterprises are in urgent need of high-level technical talents,however,the cultivation of high-level technical talents faces challenges such as"upgrading and improving quality dilemma","serving industry dilemma",and"talent development dilemma".The existing higher vocational education and general undergraduate education are difficult to overcome the practical dilemma of talent training.This paper analyzes the differences in three types of education,and accurately identifies the training positioning of vocational undergraduate talents in the field of road and bridge engineering,which will promote the high-quality development for higher vocational education of undergraduate level.
