摘要
实施1+X证书制度试点有助于全面提升高职教育人才培养质量,推动教育模式创新,增强学生社会竞争力,助推经济社会发展.然而,实施过程面临多重挑战,包括课证融通机制缺失、专业与技能融合不足、对1与X的认知偏差、师资队伍建设与教育改革脱节、校企合作力度不够以及技能证书评价方式单一等.为应对挑战,高职院校亟须聚焦职业能力发展、优化课程体系、强化教学主体的综合技能、秉持整合协同理念、构建灵活协同机制、增强学分互认体系等,最终赋能学生职业竞争实力,提升人才培养质量.
Abstract
The pilot implementation of the 1+X certificate system is helpful to comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education,promote the innovation of education model,enhance the social competitiveness of students,and boost economic and social development.However,the implementation process faces multiple challenges,including the lack of curriculum certification integration mechanism,the lack of integration of majors and skills,the cognitive bias of 1 and X,the disconnect between teacher team construction and education reform,the lack of cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the single evaluation method of skill certificates.In order to cope with the challenges,higher vocational colleges need to focus on the development of vocational ability,optimize the curriculum system,strengthen the comprehensive skills of teaching subjects,uphold the concept of integration and collaboration,build flexible coordination mechanism,and enhance the credit mutual recognition system,so as to ultimately empower students'vocational competitiveness and improve the quality of talent training.
