摘要
职业教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,职业院校工科专业是未来培养制造业大国工匠、能工巧匠的主力军.工匠精神如何融入职业院校工科专业的教学创新是一个重要的研究课题.探讨了工匠精神内涵及意义,并分析了目前工匠精神融入职业院校工科专业教学创新现状,包括工匠精神理念融入欠缺、教师能力高低不一、融入的教学方法创新不足等问题,并针对这些问题,提出了相应的融入职业院校工科专业的教学创新策略,包括多隧道的理念融合增强、教师能力的提升策略,以及工匠精神与工科专业教学方法的融合教学方法等.这些策略有助于在工匠培养过程中将工匠精神深入融合到职业院校工科专业的具体教学中,为我国从制造业大国逐渐转变成制造业强国提供人力保障.
Abstract
Vocational education is an important component of China's education system,and engineering majors in vocational colleges are the main force in cultivating skilled craftsmen in manufacturing countries in the future.How to integrate the spirit of craftsmanship into the teaching innovation of engineering majors in vocational colleges is an important research topic.This article explores the connotation and significance of the spirit of craftsmanship,and analyzes the current situation of integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into the teaching innovation of engineering majors in vocational colleges,including the lack of integration of the spirit of craftsmanship concept,uneven teaching ability,and insufficient innovation in integrated teaching methods.In response to these problems,corresponding teaching innovation strategies for integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into engineering majors in vocational colleges are proposed,including the enhancement of concept integration through multiple channels and the improvement of teacher abilities and the integration of craftsmanship spirit and teaching methods in engineering majors.These strategies help to deeply integrate the spirit of craftsmanship into the specific teaching of engineering majors in vocational colleges during the process of craftsmanship training,providing human resources support for China's gradual transformation from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country.
