摘要
糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)与骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)共病话题一直备受关注.DM可通过不同环节干扰骨重塑,在DM合并OP的长期管理中,部分降糖药可能对骨代谢产生负性影响.为预防药物不良反应影响疾病发展,本文综述各型DM和各类降糖药物对骨代谢和骨折的可能影响,以期为临床医师制定DM合并OP的用药方案提供参考.
Abstract
The comorbidity of diabetes mellitus(DM)and osteoporosis(OP)has long been a topic of concern.DM can interfere with bone remodeling through different links,in the long-term management of diabetic patients with osteoporosis,some hypoglycemic drugs may affect bone metabolism in diabetic patients.In order to prevent adverse drug reactions from aggravating the development of the disease,this review describes the possible effects of DM and hypoglycemic drugs on bone metabolism and fracture to provide reference for clinicians on clinical medication.
