纳米材料具有尺寸小、易被吞噬的特性,其在细胞免疫调控与组织再生领域的作用成为研究热点.黑色素纳米颗粒因来源广泛和性能良好而备受关注.本文综述了黑色素纳米颗粒在调控M1/M2巨噬细胞极化转变方面的研究进展,探讨了黑色素纳米颗粒对M1型和M2型巨噬细胞极化的影响,分析可能的调控机制,并对其临床应用前景进行展望.
Research advances in melanin nanoparticles in M1/M2 macrophage polarization
In recent years,researchers on nanomaterials in the fields of cell regulation and tissue regeneration have gradually deepened due to their small size and susceptibility to phagocytosis.Among them,melanin nanoparticles have drawn much attention due to their wide range of sources and good performance.The progression of melanin nanoparticles in regulating macrophage phenotype is reviewed,the effects of melanin nanoparticles on M1 and M2 macrophages and the possible regulatory mechanisms are discussed and analyzed,and then the prospects for clinical application are prospected in this article.
