Research Advances on Molecular Markers of Quarantine Weed
Molecular identification is an important complement in traditional morphological classification and identification of quarantine weed. This review discussed the application and advances of several molecular markers, such as RFLP, RAPD, AFLP, SSR and SNP, and DNA barcode in the research of weed. The future of molecular idientification research in quarantine weed was prospected.
