Simultaneous determination of multiple pesticide residues in quzhiqiao by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
This study proposed a detect method for 224 pesticide reisdues in quzhiqiao by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).With acetonitrile extracted and optimized QuEchERS purification,the sample was determined by GC-MS/MS in multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)mode,quantification by internal standard.There were linear relationships for the 224 pesticides in the range of 0.01-0.50 mg/L with limits of detection(LOD)of 0.01 mg/kg.The spiking experiments were carried out at three levels of 0.02 mg/kg,0.05 mg/kg and 0.10mg/kg.The results showed that at the 0.10mg/kg level,the recoveries of 224 pesticides were 53.06%-100.56%,and the RSD was 5.03%-16.79%;At the level of 0.05 mg/kg,the re-coveries of 212 pesticides were 50.56%-104.44%,with RSD of 3.90%-19.17%,except for 12 pesticides such as chlorhexi-dine;At the level of 0.02 mg/kg,except for 41 pesticides such as Molinate,the recovery rate of the remaining 183 pesticides is 34.72%-1 12.50%,and the RSD is 6.27%-26.70%.This method is suitable for rapid screening and confirmation of multiple pesticide residues in quzhiqiao.
