Determination and risk assessment of aflatoxin in Bombyx Batryticatus
The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to detect the aflatoxin B1、B2、G1 and G2 in Bom-byx Batryticatus and the safety risks of aflatoxins B1 were assessed, which provided the basis for market regulation of Bom-byx Batryticatus. After the extraction, the samples were purified by immunoaffinity column, then determined by high perfor-mance liquid chromatography-photochemical derivatization. The column was selected YMC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was Methanol-Acetonitril-Water(40∶18∶42),flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 30℃,excitation wavelength of nuorescence detector was 365 nm,the emission wavelength was 450 nm.24 samples of Bombyx Batryticatus were analyzed, and the margin of exposure method was used to assess the risk of aflatoxin B1.The results showed that the detection methods of aflatoxins B1,B2,G1and G2 showed good linear relationship, precision and recovery. One batch of afla-toxin B1 exceeded the limit standard, and the MOE value of aflatoxin B,was less than 10 000.The exposure level of afla-toxin B,in Bombyx Batryticatus may have adverse effects on human health, which is a potential risk to human health and should be paid attention to.This study provides technical support for the detection and risk assessment of aflatoxin in Bom-byx Batryticatus.
