为提升化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测能力,加强化妆品微生物检测质量控制,增强实验室竞争能力,本实验室参加中国食品药品检验研究院组织的NIFDC-PT-380化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌检出能力验证.依据能力验证作业指导书和《化妆品卫生规范》(2015年版)进行金黄色葡萄球菌的检验,同时采用VITEK2 Compact全自动微生物生化鉴定系统和Autof ms 2000全自动微生物质谱检测系统对样品中分离出的菌种进行鉴定.结果显示,3种方法均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌,且样品TC03800053和样品TC03800054均含有2种微生物,分别为表皮葡萄球菌和弗氏柠檬酸杆菌.2个样品能力验证均取得满意结果.此次能力验证证明了内蒙古自治区药品检验研究院实验室能良好地应用《化妆品卫生规范》(2015年版)开展微生物检测,且具备采用多种方法检测化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌的检验能力.
Study on the proficiency testing for detection of Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics
In order to enhance the detection capability of Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics,strengthen the quality control of detecting microbes in cosmetics,and enhance the competitiveness of the laboratory,our laboratory participated in the NIFDC-PT-380 profiiciency testing for Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics organized by National Institutes for Food and Drug Control.The samples were detected according to proficiency testing standard operating procedure and the"Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 edition)".At the same time,the VITEK2 Compact automatic microbial biochemical identification system and Autof ms 2000 automatic microbial mass spectrometry identification system were used to identify the strains isolated from the samples.The results showed that Staphylococcus aureus was not detected with the three methods,and both samples TC03800053 and TC03800054 contained two types of microorganisms,Staphylococcus epidermidis,and Citrobacter freundii,separately.The results of 2 samples of proficiency testing were all satisfied.The proficiency testing proves that the laboratory of Inner Mongolia Institute for Drug Control can effectively apply the"Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 edition)"for detecting Staphylococcus aureus,and has the capability to detect Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics using multiple methods.
