为了有效验证实验室对沙门氏菌和单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的检验检测能力,保证日常检验检测结果的准确性,本实验室参加了中国检验检疫科学研究院组织的PT1368乳粉中沙门氏菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的能力验证计划.采用传统生物学培养及普通生化鉴定的方法,同时运用荧光定量PCR仪对试验结果进行验证,并分析总结检测结果和关键影响因素,2个样品均检出沙门氏菌,2个样品均检出单增李斯特菌,与组织单位结果一致,最终获得满意的结果.
Analysis on the verification results of inspection capability and key control point of Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes in milk powder
To improve the detection ability of Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes and ensure the accuracy of the results,the laboratory participated in the ability verifiication plan for Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes in PT1368 milk powder organized by Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.Using traditional biological culture and conventional biochemi-cal identification methods,real-time fluorescence quantitative methods are used to verify the experimental results at the same time,and analyzed and summarized the test results and key influencing factors,Salmonella Listeria was detected in two sam-ples,monocytogenes was detected in two samples,and satisfactory results were obtained.The results are consistent with the results of the organizational unit,evaluated as satisfactory.
