In response to the new changes in international standards,combined with the current operation status of the laboratory quality management system,this article explores the specific application of risks and opportunities in laboratory management.By sorting out the risk management process established in the laboratory,identifying risk points,and conducting risk disposal based on analysis and evaluation,a mathematical model for risk analysis and evaluation is established.Based on practical work experience,measures for laboratory risk management are pointed out,providing reference for the effective implementation of laboratory risk management work,to ensure the effective operation of the laboratory quality management system,effectively control laboratory risks,and improve laboratory management and technical level.
