Determination of cyperotundone and α-cyperone in Shujinhuoxue tablets by HPLC
To establish a method for the cyperotundone and α-cyperone in Shujinhuoxue tablets.HPLC analysis was performed on a ZORBAX SB-C]8(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column of with mobile phase consisting of methanol and water(65∶35).The detection wavelength was 254 nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 5 μL.The results showed that the good liner relationship of cyperotundone and α-cyperone were in the range of 0.422-2.530 μg(R=1.000),0.161-0.964 μg(R=1.000),respectively.The RSD of the precision,stability(24 h)and repeatability tests of the cyperotundone and α-cyperone were all less than 2.0%.The average recoveries were 101.9%(RSD=1.8%)and 102.7%(RSSD=1.6%),respectively.The method has good specificity,high accuracy,simple and easy to operate,and can provide the technical support for the quality control and evaluation of Shujinhuoxue tablets.
