Result analysis of internal laboratory personnel comparison and supervision in quantitative detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
To provide technical support for laboratory quality control by examining the professional technical level of experi-menters.Two experimenters were organized to conduct a comparative experiment on the quantitative detection of Pseu-domonas aeruginosa.The accuracy and reproducibility of experimental results were evaluated.Daily quality supervision was carried out on the detection ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa of another experimenter and the supervision result was eval-uated.The results showed that the laboratory capacity verification results were evaluated as satisfactory(|Z|≤ 2).It meant the accuracy of the test results met the requirements.The reproducibility of the personnel comparison experiment results did not exceed the reproducibility limit(R=0.45)which met the standard requirement.No nonconformity was found in the personnel supervision activities,and the technical ability of the experimenter met the requirements.The laboratory internal personnel comparison and supervision activities provide technical guarantee for the laboratory to operate normally according to the re-quirements of the management system.
