摘要

纸基酶联免疫吸附试验(paper-based enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,p-ELISA)是一种新兴的检测技术,其原理与传统ELISA原理相同,不同的是它以纸基作为固相载体,既能满足传统ELISA检测方法的基本要求,还因试剂用量小、检测速度快、成本低廉等特点,适合检测条件匮乏的地区,在检测领域的应用受到关注.纸基微流控酶联免疫吸附试验方法的研究,进一步拓展了纸基ELISA方法在检验检测领域发展应用的潜力,以期通过分析p-ELISA检测技术的优缺点并展望提升其应用性能,为后续研究提供一些参考.

Abstract

Paper-based enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(p-ELISA)is an emerging assay technology,which has the same principle as traditional ELISA,but it uses paper as a solid phase carrier.It can not only meet the basic requirements of tra-ditional ELISA detection method,but also because of the characteristics of small amount of reagents,fast detection speed,low cost,suitable for areas with poor detection conditions,and has been widely concerned in the field of detection.The study of paper-based microfluidic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method has further expanded the potentiality of the development and application of paper-based ELISA method in the field of inspection and detection,analyzed its advantages and disadvantages,and looked forward to improving its application performance,in order to provide some references for sub-sequent research.
