Determination and comparison of major bioactive substances in four types of teas
Understand the nutritional value of four teas by comparing their content of major bioactive substances.The con-tent of tea polyphenols,theanine,vitamin E,vitamin C,copper,zinc,selenium,manganese,calcium and magnesium in green,black,oolong and dark teas were detected and compared,the statistical analysis tool was SPSS 26.0.The results show that,Tea polyphenols:green tea>black tea,green tea>dark tea,oolong tea>dark tea(P<0.05);Theanine:green tea>black tea,green tea>dark tea,oolong tea>black tea(P<0.05);Vitamin C:green tea>black tea,green tea>oolong tea,green tea>dark tea(P<0.05);Vitamin E:oolong tea>green tea>dark tea>black tea(P<0.05);Copper:green tea>oolong tea,dark tea>black tea>oolong tea(P<0.05);Zinc:green tea>black tea>dark tea>oolong tea(P<0.05);Selenium:oolong tea>black tea>dark tea,oolong tea>black tea>green tea(P<0.05);Manganese:dark tea>green tea,oolong tea>green tea(P<0.05);Calcium:dark tea>black tea>oolong tea>green tea(P<0.05);Magnesium:dark tea>oolong tea>black tea,dark tea>green tea>black tea(P<0.05).Different teas have different contents of bioactive substances and each has its own advantages,so you can choose the right variety of tea ac-cording to your own health needs.
