干式灰化-ICP-MS方法测定塑料输液容器中的金属元素

建立干式灰化-电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定塑料输液容器中铜(Cu)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铅(Pb)、钡(Ba)、铝(Al)、钛(Ti)、镁(Mg)、镍(Ni)、钼(Mo)、钴(Co)、钒(V)12 种元素含量的方法.经干式灰化法处理样品制备供试液,采用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS),同时测定塑料输液容器中的 12 种金属元素.结果显示,12 种金属元素在 0.001 μg/mL~0.100 μg/mL范围内,具有良好线性关系,相关系数R>0.999,方法检出限为 0.000 2 μg/g~0.084 0 μg/g,精密度RSD为 0.5%~3.4%,平均回收率为 87.5%~110.2%,重复性RSD为 3.1%~10.0%.本方法灵敏度高,回收率、重复性较好,可用于测定塑料输液容器中 12种金属元素.
Dry ashing-ICP-MS method for determination of metal elements in plastic infusion containers
To establish a dry ashing-ICP-MS method for the determination of Cu,Cd,Cr,Pb,Ba,Al,Ti,Mg,Ni,Mo,Co,and V in plastic infusion containers.The samples was treated with dry ashing method to prepare the test solution,then simultane-ously determined these 12 metal elements in plastic infusion containers by ICP-MS.The results showed that the 12 metal elements had a good linear relationshipin the range of 0.001 μg/mL-0.100 μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.Method detection limit was 0.000 2 μg/g-0.084 0 μg/g.The relative standard deviation of precision was 0.5%-3.4%.Av-erage recovery rate was 87.5%-110.2%.The relative standard deviation of repeatability was 3.1%-10.0%.This method is sen-sitive,efficient and accurate,so it can be used to determine Simultaneously these 12 metal elements in plastic infusion con-tainers.
