气相色谱法测定聚乙二醇200中乙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇和四甘醇含量

建立气相色谱-氢离子火焰测定聚乙二醇 200 中乙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇和四甘醇的测定方法.用一级水将聚乙二醇200 稀释后直接测定,前处理操作简单.结果显示,乙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇和四甘醇在测定浓度范围内线性良好,线性相关系数均大于 0.99,回收率分别为 93.9%~116.9%,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)为 0.19%~1.40%.该方法简单、快速、准确,可以满足聚乙二醇 200 中乙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇和四甘醇测定的需要.
Determination of ethylene glycol,diethylene glycol,triethylene glycol and tetraethylene glycol in polyethylene glycol 200 by gas chromatography
A gas chromatography-hydrogen ion flame method for the determination of ethylene glycol,diethylene glycol,tri-ethylene glycol and tetraethylene glycol in polyethylene glycol 200 was established.Polyethylene glycol 200 was diluted with primary water and measured directly.The pretreatment operation was simple.The linear correlation coefficients of ethy-lene glycol,diethylene glycol,triethylene glycol and tetraethylene glycol were all greater than 0.99.The recoveries were 93.9%-116.9%,and the mean relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.19%-1.40%,respectively.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can meet the needs of the determination of ethylene glycol,diethylene glycol,triethylene glycol and te-traethylene glycol in PEG 200.
