Quality analysis and risk assessment of medical fabrics
To explore the quality status of medical fabrics in use,carry out standardized management in the washing industry of medical fabrics in use,and reduce the risk of infection of medical fabrics in use.This article is based on the quality inspection and testing data of medical textiles in use commissioned by procurement units from 2016 to 2022.The quality status of medical textiles in use is analyzed and risk assessment is conducted.From 2016 to 2022,our unit tested over 970 batches of medical fabric products in use,of which 196 batches were qualified,with an overall qualification rate of 20.2%;The overall unqualified rate of 774 batches of samples is 79.8%.The comprehensive risk assessment results are low risk,but the unqualified rate of pH value and sensory indicators(odor,foreign objects,damage,etc.)is still high.It is recommended to strictly control the washing and disinfection quality of medical fabrics in use in China,prevent and control the risk of infection caused by medical fabric contamination,and ensure medical safety.
