Discussion on the key points of internal audit of food safety risk monitoring in grass-roots inspection and testing laboratories
In order to improve the management level of the basic-level inspection and testing laboratories,to ensure the reliability of the monitoring results,further tamping the data base and decision-making recommendations to lay a solid theoretical foundation for all levels of government analysis and evaluation,each laboratory should perfect the quality management system,in-depth study of ways and means of quality control and refine the quality management guidelines.Based on years of experience of internal audit in grass-roots laboratories and combined with the actual work of food safety risk monitoring,we focus on the internal audit process of the key points and difficulties were discussed.It provides reference for improving the management level of food safety risk monitoring laboratory in an all-round way.
