摘要
建立和运用滤膜增重法测定工作场所空气中呼吸性粉尘浓度的不确定度评定方法.依据国家职业卫生标准GBZ/T192.2-2007《工作场所空气中粉尘测定 第 2 部分:呼吸性粉尘浓度》和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的原理和方法,采用不确定度传播律对各输入分量不确定度进行逐层评定计算.结果显示,工作场所空气中呼吸性粉尘浓度为4.53 mg/m3 时,90%置信水平下,其扩展不确定度为 0.44 mg/m3.环境中粉尘浓度测量的不确定度来源的主要贡献为样品采集和样品重复性测定,在分析检测过程中应加强质量控制,以提高检测结果的准确性.
Abstract
To establish and apply a method for evaluating the uncertainty of measuring the concentration of respiratory dust in the air of workplace using the membrane weighting method.Based on the principles and methods of the national occu-pational health standard GBZ/T 192.2-2007 Determination of dust in the air of workplace Part 2:Respirable dust concentra-tion and JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty",the uncertainty propagation law was used to evaluate and calculate the uncertainty of each input component level by level.When the concentration of respiratory dust in the air of workplace is 4.53 mg/m3,the expanded uncertainty is 0.44 mg/m3 at 90%confidence level.The main contribu-tion of the uncertainty sources in dust concentration measurement in the environment is sample collection and sample repeata-bility measurement.In the analysis and detection process,quality control is strengthened to improve the accuracy of detection results.
