摘要
资质认定制度是我国检验检测市场的基本准入制度,资质认定评审是检验检测机构提升管理水平、提高竞争力的有效途径.本文根据检验检测机构资质认定评审相关法律法规和标准的要求,从实验室建设初期、质量管理体系建立和运行至资质认定申请的整个过程,阐述资质认定评审前期准备工作的要点,以期为申请资质认定的检验检测机构提供帮助和参考.
Abstract
The qualification accreditation system is the basic access system of China's inspection and testing market,and the qualification accreditation and evaluation is an effective way for inspection and testing institutions to improve their management level and competitiveness.This article according to the inspection testing institution qualification review relevant laws and regulations and standards,from the early laboratory construction,quality management system establishment and running to the whole process of qualification application,expounds the key points of the qualification review preparatory work,in order to apply for qualification of testing institutions to provide help and reference.
