Feasibility analysis of plasma emission spectrometer instead of flame photometer to determine the content of total potassium in maize
After the corn kernels, shaft and straw were cooked with sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, the content of total potassium in the samples was determined by icp-aes instead of flame photometer, the results of the two methods were analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant linear correlation between the two methods. The results of deter-mination of total potassium content in corn by icp-aes showed that the precision and recovery rate were both good,it can provide reference for the determination of total potassium content in corn samples.
