摘要

本文用硫酸和过氧化氢消煮玉米的籽粒、棒轴、秸秆后,尝试用等离子体发射光谱仪代替火焰光度计进行样品全钾含量的测定,并对2种方法测定结果进行分析.结果表明,2种方法测定结果成显著线性相关.且等离子体发射光谱仪测定玉米中全钾含量结果精确度和加标回收率结果均较好,同时等离子体发射光谱仪具有检测速度快、操作简便的特点,为玉米样品全钾含量的测定提供参考.

Abstract

After the corn kernels,shaft and straw were cooked with sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide,the content of total potassium in the samples was determined by icp-aes instead of flame photometer,the results of the two methods were analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant linear correlation between the two methods.The results of deter-mination of total potassium content in corn by icp-aes showed that the precision and recovery rate were both good,it can provide reference for the determination of total potassium content in corn samples.
