Simultaneous determination of total arsenic and total mercury in chicken by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry
To establish a method for simultaneously measuring total arsenic and total mercury in chicken by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The best pretreatment method was selected from high temperature acid-driving microwave digestion method, low temperature acid-driving microwave digestion method, non acid-driving microwave digestion method and wet digestion method. The results showed that the contents of total arsenic and total mercury measured by low temperature acid-driving microwave digestion method were close to the specified value and within the satisfactory range. The relative standard deviations of the comparison experimental results were less than 10%,and the recovery rates were between 90%and 115%.Therefore,low temperature acid-driving microwave digestion can simultaneously detect the content of total arsenic and total mercury in chicken, which has the advantages of good accuracy, high precision and strong repeatability, and can be effectively applied to the detection of total arsenic and total mercury in chicken.
