菠菜中毒死蜱能力验证样品的制备及实验室检测能力评价

能力验证的目的在于对参加实验室的检测能力进行评价.本次能力验证样品制备采用单一水平,并通过实施能力验证计划完成对样品的考核.采用稳健法对山西省10个地区的56家和省外1家共57家实验室的检测结果进行统计,验证结果数据符合正态分布,利用稳健Z比分数对实验室检测能力进行评价.结果显示,满意结果数为54家,满意率94.7%;有问题结果数为2家,有问题率3.5%;不满意结果数为1家,不满意率为1.8%.结果表明,各实验室检测菠菜中毒死蜱的技术水平总体良好.通过对离群结果的原因进行技术分析,可以帮助实验室查找并纠正问题,以提高检测能力.
Preparation of chlorpyrifos samples in spinach and study on proficiency testing for laboratory determination
The objective of this proficiency testing is to analyze and evaluate the proficiency testing program for the determination of chlorpyrifos samples in spinach.Single level is prepared,examining sample was conducted through the im-plementation of the plan of ability test and verify.57 laboratory from 10 cities in this provinces and another province were measured and the results were conducted for robust statistical analysis,robust Z ratio fraction was used for laboratory testing capability.The test results showed a normal distribution.Total of 57 laboratories participated in the PTP,among which 54 laboratories had satisfactory results,accounting for 94.7%,2 laboratories(3.5%)had suspicious results,and 1 laboratories(1.8%)had unsatisfactory results.The results indicate that the determination of chlorpyrifos in spinach shows a overall good level.The outlier results are analyzed to help laboratory find the cause and carry out rectification.
