Analysis of national food safety supervision and sampling datas in 2020-2022
To analysis the overall situation of food safety and the problems found in the process of food supervision and sampling inspection in China from 2020 to 2022.By analyzing the types,indicators and sampling processes of substandard food to further implement"supervision and inspection linkage"for the daily supervision of food regulatory authorities,promote food safety supervision work,and provide technical support for improving quality and efficiency.Collecting the summarizing the results of national food safety supervision and sampling inspection from 2020 to 2022,and analyzing them from the aspects of overall situation,unqualified food categories,and distribution of major problems in project categories.The results showed that from 2020 to 2022,a total of 19 905 192 batches of food samples were supervised and sampled na-tionwide,and 522 661 batches of unqualified samples were detected,with an overall unqualified rate of 2.63%.The super-vised sampling samples involved 34 food categories,and the highest unqualified rates were found in catering food,edible a-gricultural products,vegetable products.Excessive pesticide and veterinary drug residues,microbial contamination,and exces-sive use of food additives are the main reasons for unqualified food safety sampling.The food safety and quality situation is good in 2020-2022,the food safety situation in China should be continuously concerned.
