摘要

余甘子富含多酚类化合物等多种天然抗氧化物质.本实验应用超声波辅助乙醇对余甘子多酚进行提取,并使用响应曲面法对提取结果进行优化改良,获得最佳参数条件,即干燥温度为80℃、乙醇浓度为60%、料液比为20∶1、超声提取时间为24 min、超声提取温度为45℃,得出的余甘子多酚得率为10.40%,与理论预判值10.39%差异极小,表明建立的回归模型具有良好的拟合度.

Abstract

Phyllanthus emblica L.is rich in various natural antioxidants such as polyphenolic compounds.This experiment applied ultrasonic assisted the emblic leafflower fruit polyphenol was extracted with ethanol,and using the response surface method to optimize the extraction results improved,to obtain the parameters of the excellent conditions,mainly for the dry-ing temperature of 80℃ emblic leafflower fruit pulp,60%of the alcohol concentration,solid-liquid ratio 20∶1,ultrasonic ex-traction time is 24 min and all the sons of required temperature 45℃ of ultrasound.Under the experimental conditions,yield of polyphenols from emblica was 10.40%,which was almost the same as the ideal prediction value of 10.39%.The established regression model has a good fitting degree.
