Analysis of the current situation of microbial pollution in Kunming students in 2022 and the identification of its strains
In order to understand the current situation of microbial pollution in students'meals in Kunming in 2022,the stu-dents'meals in Kunming were monitored and analyzed according to the national food safety standards. The statistical soft-ware SPSS 27.0 was used to analyze the monitoring results, and RiboPrinter® automatic microbial gene fingerprint identifi-cation system was used to further identify and analyze the contaminated bacteria. The results showed that 385 batches of box lunch from 36 group meal distribution enterprises were inspected, and 26 batches were unqualified, and the overall un-qualified rate was 6.8%.Among them, the unqualified rate of the total number of bacterial colonies was 4.2%,the unquali-fied rate of Escherichia coli was 3.4%,and Staphylococcus aureus and salmonella were all qualified.Contaminating bacteria were purified and isolated from 68 strains,51 strains were further identified, including 19 species of bacterial genera,Mainly for 23 strains of the genus Bacillus species,33.8%;Six strains of the Staphylococcus genus,8.8%;Five strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, accounting for 7.3%;Six strains of Escherichia coli,8.8%;Three strains of Sphingomonas paucimobilis oligolig-otile spphingomonas,4.4%;F.kerneri and Micrococcus 2 strains each,2.9%;Acinetobacter,xanosis,Enterobacter cloacae,Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, accounting for 1.5%.It can be seen that in 2022,the overall food safety of students in Kun-ming is good, and no high-risk pathogenic bacteria were found, but the group meal distribution enterprises should pay atten-tion to the conditional pathogenic bacteria, and must strictly control the sanitary conditions to prevent the occurrence of food-borne diseases among students.
