Quality and safety risk factors analysis and prevention measures of exporting special vegetable oils
Special vegetable oils are favored by consumers in China and abroad because of its high nutritional value and good health care effect.Addressing the issue of excessive levels of benzo[a]pyrene,acid value,glycidyl ester and heavy metal in exported special vegetable oil products,this study analyzes the potential risks at various stages,including production environment,raw material control,production processes,storage and transportation.Preventive measures are proposed from the perspectives of both production enterprises and regulatory authorities,aiming to enhance the quality and safety of exported special vegetable oils and facilitate the healthy development of international trade in special vegetable oils.
