Blind sample assessment detection results of free silica detection in the dust of public places and the analysis of influencing factors of methods
Participated in a blind sample assessment detection of free silica in dust in public places,explored the key operating points,and analyzed the influencing factors.Blind samples has been detected according to the requirements of the operation manual for free silica.The method was the pyrophosphate acid method of GBZ/T 192.4-2007.The ability validation results:passed the assessment and the result was rated as excellent.This article analyzed and explained various influencing factors such as sample composition,dust particle size,preparation of pyrophosphoric acid,control of temperature and speed,key control points for washing and carbonization,and quality control.The experimental process was smooth,and the data was reliable and accurate.
