In order to study the distribution pattern of planktonic bacteria captured in the impact six-stage air microbial sampler, planktonic bacteria were collected in the normal order and smooth arrangement of the impactor, and the detection results were analyzed. The results showed that the distribution of airborne microbe acquisition in six-stage impact sampler nearly submits?Para-curv,and disrupting the order of the impactor can reduce acquisition efficiency of airborne microbe. After statistical analysis, there is a significant difference(P<0.001)between the normal and adjusted impactor sequence detection results. Thus it can be seen, according to the distribution of airborne microbe, the highest acquisition occured at the second and the third stage impact sampler, during actual sampling work, the order of impactor sequence should be payed extreme attention.
