Design and development of HIL testing system based on ADAS domain control unit
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems(ADAS)is very important in the automotive industry and also affects the development of automobiles in future.ADAS,as one of the key features of modem cars, providing a series of driving assis-tance functions by integrating sensors, cameras, and computer vision technology to improve driving safety, comfort and conve-nience.The main research of this study is to establish a semi-physical simulation platform that combines domain controllers with virtual traffic scenes to achieve real-time operation of the vehicle dynamics model.By simulating the input signals and electrical loads of the electronic control system, and collecting the output and input signals of the electronic control system, the closed-loop control of the real-time model are achieved, and various testing, verification, and evaluation work are complet-ed.ADAS system established in this study can improve testing efficiency, shorten testing time, reduce testing cost, and can be used in extreme operating conditions that are difficult to reach in actual vehicle testing.
