Analysis proficiency testing results on determination of lead and cadmium in edible fungi
This paper focuses on lead and cadmium as research objects, and establishes a method for detecting heavy metal elements in edible fungi. The method is evaluated by relevant proficiency testing projects to assess its applicability. The edi-ble fungi samples are detected using a microwave digestion system and an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)according to the national standard GB 5009.268-2016.The detection results show that lead and cadmium exhibit good linear relationships within the range of 0-40 µg/L(R≥ 0.999).The results of the edible fungi proficiency testing sam-ples show that sample 155 has a lead content of 0.221 mg/kg and a cadmium content of 0.102 mg/kg;sample 069 has a lead content of 1.11 mg/kg and a cadmium content of 0.393 mg/kg.The feedback results of the proficiency testing show that sample 155 has a lead|Z|value of 0.17 and a cadmium|Z|value of 0.86;sample 069 has a lead|Z|value of 0.55 and a cadmium|Z|value of 0.97.The proficiency testing results are satisfactory, indicating that the laboratory has the ability to detect lead and cadmium in edible fungi and can provide corresponding detection services.
