本单位组织和实施了饮料中咖啡因的测定能力验证项目,整个过程包括能力验证方案制定、能力验证报名、能力验证样品发放、样品的测试与结果反馈、结果统计与评价、统计分析、结果分析.通过此次能力验证工作,可以帮助检验检测机构识别与同行机构之间的差异,补充内部质量控制技术,为自身的能力提升和质量管理提供信息,同时也为行业主管部门对检验检测机构的监管和考核提供依据和技术支持.
Abstract
The unit organized and implemented a validation project for the determination capability of caffeine in beverages,the entire process includes the development of a proficiency testing plan,registration for proficiency testing,distribution of proficiency testing samples,testing and feedback of samples,result statistics and evaluation,statistical analysis and result anal-ysis.Through this capability verification work,it helps inspection and testing institutions identify differences with peer insti-tutions,supplement internal quality control techniques,provide information for their own capability improvement and quality management,and also provide basis and technical support for industry regulatory authorities to supervise and assess inspec-tion and testing institutions.
