Analysis on the verification results of detection ability and key control point of Bacillus cereus in milk powder
In order to enhance the detection capability of Bacillus cereus in the microbiology laboratory and strengthen labo-ratory quality control,the laboratory participated in the Evaluation on the Inspection Ability of Bacillus cereus in Milk Pow-der organized by the Food Safety Sampling and Monitoring Department of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration.According to the requirements of the operation instructions and GB 4789.14-2014 National Food Safety Standard for Microbiological Examination of Food-Bacillus cereus,quantitative testing was conducted on two proficiency testing samples with sample numbers NFLY-43 and NFLY-82,and key control points of the test process and results are ana-lyzed..Based on the biochemical identification results of Gram staining microscopy,VITEK 2 Compact identifiication,root growth tests and protein toxin crystallization tests,the results of NFLY-43 and NFLY-82 were reported to be 1.1×104CFU/g and 6.2×104 CFU/g,and the results were satisfactory.
