摘要
特种设备的安全运行对经济发展和社会稳定有重要影响,为加强特种设备的安全管理,本文对2014-2023年我国特种设备的事故发生情况进行分析.经统计,事故发生数量较多的特种设备为起重机械、场(厂)内专用机动车辆和电梯,特种设备安全事故主要发生在使用、维修环节,事故发生的主要原因为操作不当、设备缺陷、非法经营等.本文针对特种设备安全事故的发生原因,结合各类特种设备的特点,提出建议措施.
Abstract
The safe operation of special equipment has an important impact on economic development and social stability,in order to strengthen the safety management of special equipment,this paper analyzes the accident occurrence situation of spe-cial equipment in China from 2014 to 2023.After statistical analysis,the special equipment with the highest accident occur-rence rate is lifting machinery,followed by special vehicles for factory and plant use,and elevators.The main causes of spe-cial equipment safety accidents are improper operation,equipment defects,and illegal operation.Based on the causes of spe-cial equipment safety accidents,this paper proposes suggestions and measures tailored to the characteristics of various types of special equipment.
