Uncertainty evaluation for determination of 16alpha-hydroxyprednisolone in cosmetics
According to the supplementary determination method of 16alpha-hydroxyprednisolone in announcement by SDA(No.107 of 2022),the 16alpha-hydroxyprednisolone in cosmetics was detected.In accordance with JJF 1059.1-2012 Evalua-tion and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,a mathematical model for the determination of 16alpha-hydroxypred-nisolone was established and each source and uncertainty component were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that the content of 16alpha-hydroxyprednisolone in cosmetics was 0.105 6 mg/kg and the relative expanded uncertainty of mea-surement result was 0.008 1 mg/kg(k=2,confiidence level 95％).The uncertainty mainly caused by calibration fitting and measurement repeating.
