Discussion on quality control of food microbiological laboratory
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,more and more attention has been paid to food safety,and testing is one of the important means to evaluate whether food is safe.Through testing can effectively reduce the harm of unqualified food to people's health,and it is also of great significance to improve the quality of food.Microbiological testing is one of the important links in monitoring food safety,its importance is self-evident,in order to ensure the reliability and accuracy of microbiological testing results,it is necessary to carry out effective quality control of microbiological laboratories.Based on my own work experience and the theory of"man,machine,material,method,environment and testing"in the quality management of laboratory,this paper analyzes and discusses the quality control of food microbiology laboratory from four aspects:environmental facilities,instruments and equipment,main reagents and inspectors,so as to provide reference for colleagues and related industries to improve the quality control of microbiology laboratory.
