Exploration of using critical deviation of standard samples for accuracy verification in standard method validation
This article discusses the importance of verifying accuracy during the validation of standard methods. It points out that the accuracy of standard methods can be verified using the spiked recovery evaluation method and the standard sample critical difference method. The advantages and disadvantages of these two methods for verifying accuracy are discussed, and it is concluded that using the spiked recovery evaluation method to verify accuracy in standard methods is more direct,ob-jective,and reliable. And provide examples to verify the accuracy of the YS/T1262-2018 standard method for determining the content of Aluminum element in titanium and titanium alloys, and provide a detailed introduction to the verification test process.
