标准方法验证中采用标准样品临界差开展准确度验证的探讨

摘要
本文论述了标准方法验证时须对准确度进行验证的重要意义,指出了验证标准方法的准确度可采用加标回收评估法和标准样品临界差法,探讨了 2种方法验证准确度的优缺点,得出采用标准样品临界差开展标准方法中准确度的验证比加标回收评估法更直接、更客观、更可靠.并列举实例,对YS/T1262-2018标准方法测定钛及钛合金中Al元素含量的准确度进行验证,详细介绍了验证的试验过程.
Abstract
This article discusses the importance of verifying accuracy during the validation of standard methods.It points out that the accuracy of standard methods can be verified using the spiked recovery evaluation method and the standard sample critical difference method.The advantages and disadvantages of these two methods for verifying accuracy are discussed,and it is concluded that using the spiked recovery evaluation method to verify accuracy in standard methods is more direct,ob-jective,and reliable.And provide examples to verify the accuracy of the YS/T1262-2018 standard method for determining the content of Aluminum element in titanium and titanium alloys,and provide a detailed introduction to the verification test process.
