The Value and Practical Approaches of Inclusive Education——An Analysis Based on Luhmann's Social Systems Theory
Inclusive education is a key component in ensuring fair and quality education and offers an effec-tive solution to the issues of imbalance and inadequate development of education. With societal progress and diverse development, scholars are increasingly concerned about how to effectively implement inclusive education to better meet the needs of different students. The development of inclusive education has evolved through periods of segregated education, partial integration, and full integration, reflecting a deepening societal understanding and recognition of integrated education.Inclusive education involves re-lated concepts such as diversity, equality, quality and rights, and has the value implication of pursuing tangible equity in education, respecting individual differences and diverse development, and promoting the deep integration of social development.Luhmann's social systems theory, which considers education as a vital subsystem within the modern societal system from the perspectives of social structure and func-tional differentiation, provides three practical approaches to integrated education:enhancing a shared val-ue identity, establishing an inclusive learning environment, and providing personalized learning support.
