超越师范、回归教育:关于教育学本科专业定位的思考

在讨论近二十年教育学本科专业面临的形势变化的基础上,本研究着重分析三种关于教育学本科建设的主流见解,认为"以就业而论专业""以本科而论专业""以师范而论专业"的建设思路均无法从根本上解决教育学本科专业长远发展所面临的关键问题,强调立足高等教育大众化和研究生教育高速发展的时代条件,摆脱原有认识局限,超越师范、回归教育,从构建教育人才培养体系的角度重新确立教育学本科专业作为基础性专业的定位。
Beyond Teacher-Training and Back to Education:Reflections on the Orientation of Undergraduate Education Majors
On the basis of combing the changes in the situation faced by the undergraduate major of educa-tion in the past 20 years,this paper focuses on the analysis of three mainstream views on the construction of undergraduate education,and believes that the construction ideas of"discussing majors based on em-ployment","discussing majors based on undergraduate"and"discussing majors based on teacher-training"can not fundamentally solve the key problems faced by the long-term development of undergrad-uate education major,and emphasizes that based on the conditions of the times of the popularization of higher education and the rapid development of graduate education,we should get rid of the limitations of the original understanding,go beyond"teacher-training"and return to education.From the perspective of constructing the education talent training system,the undergraduate major of education is re-established as a basic major.
