劳动课程是当前落实劳动教育目标的重要载体,是实现学生德智体美劳全面发展的一项关键教育手段。由于人们对劳动课程教育功能的认识不清晰、对劳动课程相关资源的利用不充分、对劳动课程评价作用机制的理解不到位,所以,当前的劳动课程普遍面临课程内容设置偏颇而狭隘、课程实施空间割裂而孤立、课程评价方式单一而静态等现实困境。为消解劳动课程中的"劳动"困境,我们需要立足教育宗旨与学生经验,增强对劳动内容的价值体认;整合现有资源与运行时空,拓展劳动课程的实施空间;构建动态多元的综合评价机制,提升学生全面的劳动素养。
The"Labor"Dilemma in Labor Courses and Its Solution
Labor courses are a crucial means for achieving the goals of labor education and a key educational means to achieve the all-round development of students in morality,intellect,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills.However,due to an unclear understanding of the educational functions of labor courses,insufficient use of labor course-related resources,and inadequate grasp of the evaluative mechanisms of these courses,the current labor courses generally face the reality of biased and narrow course content settings,fragmented and isolated implementation spaces,and static,singular evaluation methods.To eliminate the"labor"dilemma in labor courses,it is essential to align with educational ob-jectives and student experiences,enhancing the recognition of the value of labor content;to integrate exist-ing resources and operational spaces to expand the scope of labor course implementation;and to establish a dynamic and diverse comprehensive evaluation mechanism to improve students'comprehensive labor lit-eracy.
