教育强国背景下乡村教育现代化的后发困境与在地化出路

乡村教育现代化是教育强国目标得以实现的关键。教育强国涵盖了目标特征上的"公平且高质量的教育体系"和"涵养文化自信的教育体系",以及价值特征上的"创新驱动的教育体系"和"与社会深度融合的教育体系"。在建设教育强国的背景下,乡村教育现代化被赋予了特色均衡发展、服务乡村振兴、弘扬乡土文化的时代内涵。然而,由于存在示范性、跨越性和匮乏性的后发属性,乡村教育现代化面临着"乡村教育的文化特色消逝"、"乡村教育与乡村产业的断联"和"乡村教育目标的城市化倾向"等多重困境,其主要根源在于乡村教育的非在地化实践。因此,乡村教育急需树立在地化理念,开展基于乡土文化传承与创新的、基于乡村产业发展的、基于乡村学校内涵式发展的在地化教育实践。
The Latecomer Challenges and Localized Solutions for the Modernization of Rural Education in the Context of Building a Strong Educational Nation
The modernization of rural education is key to achieving the goal of building a strong educational nation.A strong education system encompasses,in terms of its objectives,both a"fair and high-quality education system"and an"education system that fosters cultural confidence,"as well as,in terms of its values,an"innovation-driven education system"and one that is"deeply integrated with society."Within this context,rural education modernization is endowed with contemporary implications of promoting balanced and distinctive development,serving rural revitalization,and promoting local culture.However,due to its demonstrative,leapfrogging,and deficient latecomer attributes,rural education modernization faces multiple challenges,including the erosion of cultural characteristics in rural education,the disconnection between rural education and local industries,and difficulties in achieving rural educational goals due to the dual objectives of urban education.The common root of these challenges lies in the"non-localized"practice of rural education.Therefore,to address the latecomer challenges in rural education modernization,it is urgent to establish a"localized"practice philosophy and action orientation.This includes implementing localized education based on the inheritance and innovation of local culture,localized education based on rural industrial development,and localized education based on the connotative development of rural schools.
