Status,Challenges and Countermeasures of Development of General High Schools in the Capital in the Context of Building A Strong Educational Nation
In the context of building a a strong educational nation,general high school education in the capital has undergone new changes in the aspects of school-age population,group school-running,high-quality resource radiation,principals and teachers,curriculum teaching,examination evaluation,characteristic development,innovative talent training,school management,etc.The survey found that the supply of degrees in ordinary high schools in some regions is insufficient,and the common high-quality development of schools in the group is facing many challenges.Teachers'professional burnout and emotional exhaustion need urgent attention.The"double new"reform still needs to be deepened,the coordination of characteristic development is not enough,and the lack of innovative teachers has become the primary system for the training of innovative talents.The following policy suggestions are put forward based on the research:optimize the layout of high schools and expand the supply of degrees;standardize group schools and improve the operation mechanism;strengthen principal training and solve the problem of teacher burnout;support curriculum reform and deepen examination evaluation;introduce development measures to foster high-quality and distinctive development;develop guidance and cultivate innovative talents.
