摘要

目的 探讨错失焦虑的性别差异及影响因素.方法 对国内外共 12 个文献数据库进行检索,经EndNote X9 软件筛选最终共纳入合格研究 118 项(共包含效应值 120 个),时间跨度为 2013-2023 年.使用Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 3.0 软件结合随机效应模型进行统计学分析.结果 主效应分析结果显示,错失焦虑的性别差异不显著.调节效应分析结果显示:青少年期女性的错失焦虑水平显著高于男性,而成年期则相反;国内相关研究中男性的错失焦虑水平高于女性,国外的研究结果则相反;采用宋小康等编制的量表施测,男性错失焦虑水平显著高于女性,其他工具测得的错失焦虑水平无显著性别差异;出版年份和出版类型的调节效应均不显著.结论 错失焦虑的性别差异受年龄阶段、取样地域和测量工具的影响,干预时要具体情况具体分析.

Abstract

Objective To explore gender difference and influencing factors of fear of missing out(FoMO).Methods Literature search was carried out in 12 databases in China and abroad.A total of 118 eligible studies(including 120 effect sizes)were selected by EndNote X9,with a time span from 2013 to 2023.Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 3.0 combined with random effects model was used for statistical analysis.Results The main effect analysis showed that the gender difference of FoMO was not significant.The moderating effect showed that the females'FoMO was significantly higher than the males'in adolescence,but the opposite was true in adulthood.The FoMO was significantly higher in domestic men than in women,but the opposite was true in foreign countries.By using the SONG Xiaokang version of the FoMO scale,the score of male FoMO was significantly higher than that of female,while the other scales were opposite.The moderating effects of publication year and type were not significant.Conclusion The gender difference in FoMO is affected by age,sampling area,and scales,so it is necessary to analyze the situation in intervention.
