摘要
目的 探讨抑郁与孤独感的关系,以及认知情绪调节策略在两者之间的中介作用.方法 使用流调中心用抑郁自评量表,孤独感量表和认知情绪调节问卷中文版对 250 名大学生施测,并对相关数据进行统计学分析.结果 孤独感与抑郁呈显著正相关(r=0.700,P<0.01).除理性分析维度外,认知情绪调节策略中的其他维度与孤独感和抑郁均有显著相关性(P<0.01).通过对结构方程模型回归分析以及Bootstrap方法检验发现:孤独感可以正向预测抑郁,直接效应为 0.55;积极重新评价、灾难化在其中发挥多重中介效应,总间接效应为0.15.结论 大学生孤独感可以正向预测抑郁,且认知情绪调节策略在抑郁与孤独感之间起多重中介作用.可通过降低孤独感并优化认知情绪调节策略的选择,对大学生抑郁情绪进行有效干预.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between depression and loneliness,and reveal the mediating effects of cognitive emotion regulation strategies between them.Methods A total of 250 university students were tested by using the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale(CES-D),the loneliness scale,and the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire,Chinese version(CERQ-C).The relevant data were analyzed statistically.Results Loneliness was significantly positively correlated with depression(r=0.700,P<0.01).Except for the dimension of rational analysis,other dimensions of cognitive emotion regulation strategies were significantly correlated with loneliness and depression(P<0.01).Through regression analysis of structural equation models and Bootstrap method testing,it was found that loneliness positively predicted depression,with a direct effect of 0.55.Positive reassessment and catastrophizing played multiple mediating effects,with a total indirect effect of 0.15.Conclusion Loneliness in university students can positively predict depression,and cognitive emotion regulation strategies play a multiple mediating role between depression and loneliness.Effective intervention for depression in university students can be achieved by reducing loneliness and optimizing the selection of cognitive emotion regulation strategies.
