摘要
目的 介绍并评价闭合性跟腱断裂手术治疗与早期康复训练相结合的临床效果.方法 本组126例均为闭合性跟腱断裂,术前B超或MRI检查提示跟腱完全断裂,术中获得证实.所有患者均得到了随访,平均随访20个月(6～48个月).随访包括常规的临床评价,并按尹庆水疗效评定标准进行术后疗效评定.结果 本组优96例,良20例,优良率为92.1%.发生术后感染4例(3.2%),术后跟腱再次断裂6例(4.8%).结论 闭合性跟腱断裂早期诊断、早期手术治疗与早期科学合理的安排康复训练同等重要,对患者的机能重建、缩短重返训练或工作岗位的时间有积极的意义.
Abstract
Objective To propose and evaluate effect of the operative repair and early functional rehabilitation of closed ruptured Achilles tendon. Methods 126 cases with closed complete rupture of Achilles tendon hinted by type-B ultrasonic or MRI pre-operation and proved in operation. All cases were followed up for average 20.0 months (6~48 months )for clinical assessment by YIN Qin-shui evaluation criteria. Results According to YIN Qin-shui evaluation criteria,the treatment outcome was excellent in 96 cases and good in 20, with excellence rate of 92.1 %. Postoperative infection in 4 cases (3.2%) and rupture again in 6 cases (4.8%). Conclusion The methods of early diagnosis, early operative management and early functional rehabilitation protocol may have the same important contribution to the outcome,that have shown a potential for earlier return to working and sporting activities for Achilles ruptures.
