Objective To systematically analyze the prevalence of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)complicated with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)or hip osteoarthritis(HOA).Methods The literatures with LSS combined with koa or HOA published in Chinese and English databases from January 2000 to December 2021 were searched by computer.A total of 8 literatures were included.The prevalence of LSS combined with KOA and LSS combined with HOA was calculated by Revman.Results Six studies described the incidence of LSS with KOA,with sample sizes ranging from 44 to 641 cases,and the results of random effect model showed that the incidence of LSS combined with KOA was 30％(95％CI:17％～43％).Six studies described the incidence of LSS with HOA,the sample sizes of the study ranged from 44 to 601 cases,and the results of random effect model showed that the incidence of LSS com-bined with HOA was 15％(95％CI:6％～24％).Conclusion The prevalence of KOA or HOA in LSS is 30％and 15％respective-ly.Patients with koa or HOA still need to be included in future studies to further clarify the incidence of KOA or HOA in LSS patients.
