Intergenerational care is becoming more and more common,and it reduces the quality of life of the elderly.Low back pain is the most common health burden of intergenerational care for the elderly.Although there are many treatment options for chronic nonspecific low back pain(CNLBP),the elderly are often accompanied by many underlying diseases,which limit the implementation of programs such as drugs and exercise.Tuina therapy has significant advantages in improving the low back pain of the elderly.Through the analysis of the pathogenesis of CNLBP and the characteristics of low back pain in the elderly who take care of the elderly,this paper expounds the advantages of muscle-bone balance tuina in the treatment of low back pain in the elderly who take care of the elderly,ai-ming to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas for the treatment of low back pain in the elderly.
