摘要

现代学徒制将院校培养体系与就业用工体系相结合,可以有效地提升职业教育中素质教育的内涵,将职业道德与职业技能相融合,实现高等职业院校人才技能培训成果最大化的目标.本文通过对现代学徒制、商务英语、职业标准的基本内涵进行研究,分析现代学徒制的作用与实施,提出了基于自贸区需求,高职院校运用现代学徒制培养商务英语人才的途径与策略.
